Presidido por la Dra. Georgette Dorn, Jefa de la División Hispánica de la Biblioteca del Congreso.
Moderan los editores Luis Alberto Ambroggio (Argentina/USA), Miembro de la Academia Norteamericana de la Lengua Española; y Carlos Parada Ayala (El Salvador/USA), miembro de la Asociación de Educadores Internacionales.
Con la participación del Agregado Cultural de la Embajada Argentina, Sr. Conrado Solari Yrigoyen, y el Director de Asuntos Comunitarios de la Embajada de El Salvador, Dr. Leonel Flores.
El recital poético será realizado por los destacados poetas integrantes de la antología pionera Al pie de la Casa Blanca: Poetas Hispanos de Washington DC, publicada por la Academia Norteamericana de la Lengua Española, New York, Julio de 2010.
Este evento es patrocinado por la Asociación de Agregados Culturales Ibero-Americanos (AACIA).
Se ofrecerá una recepción luego del recital.

Hosted by Dr. Georgette Dorn, Historian and Professor at Georgetown University, Chief of the Hispanic Division of the Library of Congress.
Presented by anthology editors Luis Alberto Ambroggio (Argentina/US), member of the North-American Academy of the Spanish Language; and Carlos Parada Ayala (El Salvador/US), Member of the Association of International Educators.
With the participation of Conrado Solari Yrigoyen, Cultural Attaché of the Embassy of Argentina, and Dr. Leonel Flores, Director of Community Affairs of the Embassy of El Salvador.
Poetry recital by the distinguished poets selected for the ground-breaking anthology At the Footsteps of the White House: Hispanic Poets of Washington, DC.
